I had an issue with my purchase not being delivered the next day, which was my fault because I bought after 7 p.m. on a Sunday. The order was delivered by 10 a.m. on Tuesday. IGET Specialist Australia called me shortly after the delivery to explain the delay (great customer service too), which was my mistake.

Karolann –
I just got a new vape pen Legend 2, and the IGET Specialist Australia company kept its promise and delivered it within 24 hours. I needed the mod very away because my old mod had developed a flaw. Unfortunately, Royal Mail cannot follow their own 24-hour delivery guarantee, and it will now take three days to arrive. It was not the IGET Specialist Australia fault, but I was really upset with the Royal Mail delivery service.
